驗證謠言真實信,傳達共食新解釋

「食物相剋」的說法在生活中常常耳聞,大多數人寧可信其有,但有多少人眞正在意訊息的真實性,前人的生活環境與現今已不大相同,這些訊息依舊可信還是該更新呢? 根據食藥署的資料顯示,由於國人健康意識的提升,對於食品保健相關議題更加重視,所以有關食品問題的傳言也越來越多,但多數是誇大或未經證實的謠言,常常引起許多民眾的恐慌。
因此想尋求專業的協助來探究食物相剋的真實性。 藉由查找相關資訊書籍及尋求食藥署、營養師等專業協助之方式,將資料整合並視覺化,製作成書冊及相關產品,透過互動邀請觀者一同探究食物相剋,破解謠言迷思。

Have you ever heard that you shouldn't eat crabs with persimmons? We often hear about "food taboos" in everyday life, and while most people play it safe, how much of it is misinformation? We live in a very different world today, so should we still believe these taboos? Or do they need updating? According to the FDA, increasing health awareness among the population means people now take food and health issues more seriously, so food-related rumors have proliferated as well. Though most turn out to be exaggerated or unproven rumors, they often generate mass panic. 
Professional assistance was therefore sought to determine whether taboos are true, and foods really conflict with each other. Information was collated and visualized through research of related literature and the help of professionals such as the FDA and nutritionists. The audience is invited to explore food taboos through interactive books and products so that rumors and myths can be dispelled
迷思・破除・詳解

為了能更快速地釐清迷思,依據食藥署的資料統計, 從70組相剋組合中嚴選出20組大衆常見的相剋組合,分別製作成資料集盒。
資料集盒上會出現組合插畫和流傳的謠言,而內容物則包含兩塊食物樣貌之樹酯、一份關於此組合的詳解小冊,總括來說象徵資料集合的資訊實體化,目的是讓觀者能更直觀的了解這些組合是否能夠安心共食與其原因。
創新 實驗 工具書

將查找到的70種食物組合分成蛋豆魚肉類、 蔬菜類、水果液體類,並將三類獨立成三個章節。
書冊內容分別都有三大類的簡介、營養成分和組合是否適合共食的詳細解說。
